Hy-Mark Home Comfort has been voted Trade Partner of the Year 2018 by the Guelph & District Homebuilder’s Association. It is an honour to be recognized by our peers in the local industry. Hy-Mark was voted the best local business of Guelph in 2023 for the Heating and Cooling services category during the Guelph Today’s Reader Favourite awards. We have been nominated best Heating and Cooling business in Guelph once again in 2024.

Hy-Mark Home Comfort is an industry leader when it comes to innovation in sustainable building methods. We are proud to have worked on some of the first homes in Canada to be “Net Zero,” a qualification signifying a home produces the same amount of energy it consumes. Hy-Mark Home Comfort has also completed seven large residential communities since 2012 built to Energy Star efficiency guidelines.
